External materials comprise Glenrowan Granite, Colorbond Nail Strip cladding, render, powdercoated perforated metal balustrades and screens.

Shared covered entries to the to the units are from the south with extensions to the south incorporating entry thresholds, ski storage areas and an additional bedroom for each unit.
